Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

After the 14-day money-back guarantee period has passed, subscriptions are non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused days or months are not provided after this period. You may, however, cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges — see our cancellation policy in our Terms of Service.
For annual plans, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual amount paid. If a refund is approved within 14 days of the annual subscription start date, the full annual payment will be refunded.
