At Nexo Growth, we stand behind the quality of our services. We want you to feel confident subscribing. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions — Basic, Premium, and Elite. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 14 calendar days from the start date of your subscription, you may request a full refund of the amount paid.

No questions asked. No hidden conditions. We process your refund promptly.

2. Who Qualifies for a Refund

To qualify for a refund under our money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request is submitted within 14 days of your initial subscription start date
• This is your first subscription to the plan in question (the guarantee applies once per customer, per plan)
• Your account is in good standing and has not violated our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email at growth@nexogrowth.com within the 14-day window. Please include:

• Your full name and email address used during signup
• The subscription plan you are requesting a refund for
• Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your bank or card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. After the 14-Day Window

After the 14-day money-back guarantee period has passed, subscriptions are non-refundable. Partial refunds for unused days or months are not provided after this period. You may, however, cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges — see our cancellation policy in our Terms of Service.

6. Annual Plans

For annual plans, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the full annual amount paid. If a refund is approved within 14 days of the annual subscription start date, the full annual payment will be refunded.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the subscription start date
• The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
• The customer has already received a refund for the same plan previously
• Charges resulting from fraud or unauthorised use (these are handled separately per Stripe's dispute process)

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve all legitimate disputes quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account.
