You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using our services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan's features until the end of the paid period. To cancel, contact us at growth@nexogrowth.com.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days from the start of your subscription, you may request a full refund. No questions asked. Digital marketing results vary based on numerous factors including your industry, competition, budget, and market conditions. While we work diligently to achieve the best outcomes, we do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or revenue figures. Testimonials and case studies represent individual results and are not typical guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexo Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexo Growth, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County, New York.
